These Terms apply to visitors and users of the service. If you use Tricon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Tricon. You must also comply with all applicable laws and any rules that apply to your use of the network, your institution, and any third-party services you connect.
Some deployments of Tricon may restrict access to specific communities, such as UCSD-authenticated users.

We may suspend access, require additional verification, or take other steps needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.
We may change, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features at any time. This includes target enrichment, connection verification, intro evidence review, and any beta or experimental features.
Features may depend on third-party systems, model providers, external services, or data availability, so they may not always be available or perform the same way over time.
Some Tricon features use machine learning or AI-assisted processing, including target profile enrichment and evidence-review flows.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, acting on it, or sharing it with others.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit, including profile information, target requests, connection submissions, notes, and evidence images.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Tricon.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that doing so does not violate law, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, or the rights of others.
You agree not to misuse the service. For example, you will not:

We do not guarantee introductions, responses, meetings, hiring outcomes, internships, fundraising results, business outcomes, or that any particular warm path will convert into a real opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business arising out of or related to your use of Tricon.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service, users, or third parties.
We may also remove content, disable features, or restrict access when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary for security, legal compliance, or operational integrity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the last-updated date.
